I bought a Showit Template from a different designer. Can you still customize it?
Of course! We can customize any Showit site by any designer. (Site Credits will go to the original designer and Custom Design credits will go to us.) Get in touch to get started on the process.
What's the average turnaround time for a template customization?
You can expect to have your template customized from 2-4 weeks depending on how many revisions we go through and the extent of your project needs.
I currently have a Squarespace/Wix/Elementor Template. Can you customize that?
We work exclusively with Showit websites at the moment. If you are considering making the switch to Showit, please check out this link to test out their software. (You must be on a Desktop to try it out.) We promise you'll love it, and there's a reason we only work with Showit!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer flexible payment options on our templates as well as our customization services. Keep in mind, most sites are completed in 4-8 weeks. All fees are due before the launching of your website.

What platform do you use to design?
We use Showit, a drag-and-drop website builder for professional creatives. We honestly can't recommend them enough! Their customer support is second to none, they're all about community and have the biggest hearts. Knowing you have a team there cheering you on every step of the way truly makes a world of difference!
What is the monthly fee for Showit?
Showit's monthly fee ranges from $20-$40 depending on if you want to blog or not. A discount will be applied automatically if you choose to pay annually.
Will I need to purchase a domain?
Yes, you will still need to purchase a domain. These run anywhere from $12-$15 for the year. We use Google for ours, but you can also use a variety of web registrars like GoDaddy, BlueHost, etc.
