So you took the first step, you've reached out and inquired. First, we start with a consultation to discuss your vision for the future of your brand. This allows you to provide us with all your creative dreams and expectations for your new online home. Let's get creative and plan the online home you deserve!
02. BOOK
Once we have a shared vision for your brand, we just have to cross some T's and dot some I's to get everything in motion. Upon booking, you will receive our client welcome guide that acts as a road map throughout the process. Once your contract is signed and a 1/3rd down payment has been made, it's time to celebrate!
03. questionnaire
This is where the rubber meets the road. We'll provide you with a custom questionnaire to help us better understand your vision for your brand and website. This is a roadmap that will guide us to the client experience of your dreams. We know, it sounds like a lot, but don't panic (looking at all my overthinkers) we're here for you every step along your new brand journey.
04. BRAND and logo DESIGN
A brand is more than a logo. It's the overall perception of your company through your values, story, customer experience and how it communicates with your audience. Together, we'll help you design a brand that speaks to the client of your dreams. Finally, you'll have a brand that converts time and time again.
05. WEB DESIGN
Once we have a shared vision for the brand, we'll begin to design your online home page-by-page. This part of the journey is where your personality is imprinted onto the website. As we work to create a cohesive experience, we stay connected with you to ensure that your online home is the perfection representation of you and the brand.
06. LAUNCH DAY
The day is finally here, LAUNCH DAY! Working with our exceptionally thorough launch guide, we create the biggest buzz for your audience! What's the average turnaround time for a custom website?
Typically, project duration ranges from 6-8 weeks, however this is subject to change depending on a number of variables. But we work hard to meet deadlines and we collaborate with our creatives to keep them informed every step of the way.

What platform do you use to design?
We use Showit, a drag-and-drop website builder for professional creatives. We honestly can't recommend them enough! Their customer support is second to none, they're all about community and have the biggest hearts. Knowing you have a team there cheering you on every step of the way truly makes a world of difference!
What is the monthly fee for Showit?
Showit's monthly fee ranges from $20-$40 depending on if you want to blog or not. A discount will be applied automatically if you choose to pay annually.
Will I need to purchase a domain?
Yes, you will still need to purchase a domain. These run anywhere from $12-$15 for the year. We use Google for ours, but you can also use a variety of web registrars like GoDaddy, BlueHost, etc.
