Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Mariposa Design Co. ("Mariposa Design Co." or "Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate" or "You") as of the date of Affiliate's acceptance into the Mariposa Design Co. Affiliate Program (the "Effective Date").

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1 To enroll in the Mariposa Design Co. Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit the Affiliate Program Application Form. Mariposa Design Co. reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

1.2 By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 As an affiliate, you agree to promote Mariposa Design Co.'s web design templates in a professional and ethical manner.

2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing efforts comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.3 You may not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Affiliates will earn a commission for each sale of Mariposa Design Co.'s web design templates generated through their affiliate links.

3.2 The commission rate and eligibility criteria will be outlined in a separate agreement between Mariposa Design Co. and the affiliate.

4. Payment

4.1 Commissions will be paid out instantly, at a rate of 15% per template.

4.2 Payments will be made via Thrivecart payment option.

5. Term and Termination

5.1 This Agreement will begin upon your acceptance into the program and will continue until terminated by either party.

5.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.

6. Modification of Terms

6.1 Mariposa Design Co. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

6.2 Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are responsible for complying with the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Mariposa Design Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
